Author Andy Puddicombe has gone from troubled young man who ran away to join a Buddhist monastery, to meditation master, to entrepreneur and cofounder of Headspace, which has millions of iPhone subscribers. In The Headspace Guide to Meditation and Mindfulness, Puddicome explains his search for mental peace after a series of personal tragedies.
